Your next Avid order is due by 5:00pm on Thursday December 11th for delivery the week of December 15th. This will be your last chance to stock up before Christmas!

For your reference, the following is the order deadlines for early 2026. Orders should be placed by 5pm on or before the dates below. Delivery will take place the following week on your assigned delivery day.
You can pay by cash or cheque on delivery or e-transfer after delivery to dndmilk@rogers.com.
If you require an alternate payment method, please call our office to arrange a suitable payment solution.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Call our office as soon as you can to discuss your needs.
Why is it that sometimes an item that I have order is short?
We understand that short shipped items can be frustrating. When this happens on rare occasions, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the quantity shorted from your invoice so you won't be charged for items missing.
I have a product that is damaged or leaking, what now?
We are very sorry for this, and understand it can be frustrating. Please call our office to let us know right away so we can discuss a suitable solution. In most cases, we will pick up the damaged product and credit your account for the returned value.
Can I place my order early?
Absolutely! You can always call in your order ahead of time (just leave your order on our message service if we don't pick up) or email it to us! Or you can use the order from above.
I want to order something that is not on the order form. What do I do?
First, check to make sure you are using the most current version of the order form as it gets updated for every order cycle. If you still don't see the product you need, just give our office a quick call or email to discuss your needs.
