📢Holiday ordering and delivery schedules:
During the weeks that Christmas and New Year's statutory holidays fall, our operating days will be adjusted to accommodate the holiday schedule of our supplying warehouse. To assist you in effectively stocking your business before and during the holidays, we are sharing our operating schedule with you. Please ensure you are aware of the order/delivery schedule noted below and order up in advance as you require.
For our customers who order Mondays:
· December 22-26/2025
Orders MUST be placed by 10am on Thursday December 18th
Orders normally delivered Tuesday, will be delivered Monday December 22nd
Orders normally delivered Wednesday, will be delivered Tuesday December 23rd
· December 29-January 2nd – No orders or deliveries will take place this week.
· January 5-9/2026 – Normal ordering and delivery schedules resume.
For our customers who order Wednesdays:
· December 22-26/2025
Orders MUST be placed by 10am on Monday December 22ndth
Orders normally delivered Thursday, will be delivered Tuesday December 23nd
Orders normally delivered Friday, will be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday December 23rd or 24th
· December 29-January 2nd – No orders or deliveries will take place this week.
· January 5-9/2026 – Normal ordering and delivery schedules resume.

You can pay by cash or cheque on delivery or e-transfer after delivery. If you require an alternate payment method, please call our office to arrange a suitable payment solution.

Why do I have to have my order in by 10am on order day?
To ensure we deliver to you the freshest product possible, our inventory is brought in fresh for you overnight after you place your order. In order to get this product in fresh, we tabulate all orders between 10am and 11am to meet our order deadline and ensure your product is loaded on the truck that arrives at our facility in the early morning hours.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Call our office as soon as you can to let us know.
Why is it that sometimes an item that I have order is short?
We understand that short shipped items can be frustrating. Because we order your product in overnight after you place your order, we cannot foresee what might be unavailable at the supplier. When this happens on rare occasions, our driver will remove the item from your invoice so you won't be charged for items missing. In most cases, items return to stock very quickly and can be reordered on your next order day.
I have a product that is leaking, what now?
We are very sorry for this, and understand it can be frustrating. Please let us know as soon as you can, keep the packaging and give it to your your driver on your delivery day. A credit will be applied to your invoice.
I received something on my order that I don't want, can I return it?
Accuracy is important to us, but we are human too, and on occasion we may make an error and send you something you didn't order. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can fix it for you!
Can I place my order early?
Absolutely! You can always call in your order ahead of time (just leave your order on our message service if we don't pick up) or email it to us! Or you can use the order link above.
I want to order something that is not on the e-order form. What do I do?
That's not a problem! The last box on the order form allows you to tell us if there anything else you need. Just fill this in or give our office a quick call or email and will discuss your needs. We will do our best to source the product you are looking for!
